Hi. First, I must apologise: It's 5am and I'm quite ill, and I've sent myself silly trying to find the answer to a question which you probably get asked all the time, but I'm finding a lot of conflicted views, some of which are years old. So... As a ULC Minister, could I legally officiate weddings in England? Sorry if this is the millionth time this has been asked. And now to get some sleep.
