  1. It depends what that wrong is. There is society that says what is wrong according to law--and there is conscience. But--what is wrong in one country which is considered to be wrong, may be right with personal conscience or in an other country. So then is there an actual wrong? Or is it individual?

One has to respect the law, but concience is respecting one`s moral standing. Killing is said to be wrong--yet killing in war is right. Why? If we accept the word of God to be true--any killing would be wrong for me anyway. This is the conscienc part--for an other it is right.---imho.

The bottom line for me personally--do what iyou feel is right !For then we are following conscience.

  3. Thank you Nestingwave- :cupidarrow: your insight is appreciated.

I believe exactly all that you have stated. All is much more complex that we can ever imagine and man has difficulty in letting old dogmas go . We are so attatched to the physical that we have a hard time in believing anything else, and getting beyond it. But it is becoming more and more apparent to many that life is far more complex than it appears and we are not the center of the universe, but a very important connected part to it. I think the turning point was what the Mayan calendar was telling us and we have taken a step up towards realizing this.

I have a question to you--Rob,- Recently I was reading, from a very enlightened source, that outside the oort cloud is the 4th dimension and that only a very small part of the universe is the 3rd. Most are 4 and 5. Any insight on this.

    Thanks-blessings and peace,

    Suzanne

  4. But of course that is just yours and one of seventy interpretations one may come up with ;)

I agree with you Fawzo! :derisive:

-for everything is always in the interpretation and a view from where one is sitting. A comma, a period, an exclamation mark can totally change a context or the meaning. As for the Bible--I am sure all is there, but it is in an allegorical form. Interpretation thus lies in the heart. We are each given the gift to understand from God, what we need to know and what we do with it that makes the difference. No one is more gifted than an other in understanding the "truth".The peasant woman in a village in the Andes knows as much as the Pope, though he may have all the learning, theology, philosophy behind him--but" divine truth is truth" available to all who seek it from within. The mind of God is rather difficult and that we shall never know.

  5. I believe there are extraterrestrials. But I believe the visitors that come to earth are probably us from the future travelling back in time.

I agree with you! If they are even a few hundred years ahead they can probably travel faster than the speed of light, so then time would be going backwards--so they would be from the future. Though I think some come from different dimensions--numerous ones perhaps. :derisive:

Where is Nestingwave when he is needed :derisive: maybe he has some insight. I woudn`t mind having a close encounter--I would probably die on the spot though. :dirol:

  6. Some great guru the other day was saying that saints do walk amongst us--and that their thought gets imprinted into the "soul matter" of people around them uplifting everyone, including every living thing within 500 meters or more, for some it is 5KMS. And this is everyone that is within that area, St Francis of Assisi was known to just walk amongst the people without talking--and new the power of this . On one such occasion one of the monks asked him why he was not talking--he said: "I did".

Thank you Br.Devon you are one of these saints, I have said it before---but one cannot repeat it enough. :cupidarrow:

One of a saying I am noted for is: Nothing is permanent but change--Lao Tse

and one from my own grandfather--There is no luggage rack on a hearse.

  7. I do not know what the object was that I saw... whether it was man-made or extra-terrestrial, I cannot say. I am certain that IF they exist, they were most certainly creatures created by the same Creator that shaped our Earth and formed every known life-form.

Hi Songster--I wish I could see one. I certainly believe they exist and are around. But my question is --if they suddenly appear would it make a difference in your faith--or the religious path you are following. Many fundamental Christians I know are afraid even to think about it, as well as I think the Vatican knows much more that what they tell the Catholics, as I think they are also afraid it would upset the whole religious dogma. For me it would make no difference--I look at it this way--some are ahead within creation, some are behind but all created by the same Creator as you say. With God there is no time frame. Probably I would be even in more awe if I knew exactly, and my faith even deeper. Plus it would be exciting . :derisive:

One thing I do think why we don`t see them is that they maybe in an other dimension. There are now numerous thories about the different dimension, parallel universes.

  8. What "gods/Gods" do you believe in? Or do I have it wrong?

I really would love to hear from you guys. I am a theist, but I believe in one Supreme Being/Creator/Author of Life/God, etc.

    :)

Of course I well understood the question!--Maybe if the question would be what is the name that you call GOD--not believe in----, would be more realistic question.

    peace,

    Suzanne

  9. Does the "New Age" thinking of extraterrestrials fit in --or have a place within your idea of "faith/God/Source". Like Sirians, Acturians, Lyrans, Pleiadians or from other star systems--Also the one`s from Rigel, Bellatrix, Betelgeuse, Alderbaran and the other so called origins of Reptoids, well if you believe that they actually exist. Or does it conflict with your/faith "religion"?

Do you believe? Accept their existance? Or not at all?

  10. What "gods/Gods" do you believe in? Or do I have it wrong?

I really would love to hear from you guys. I am a theist, but I believe in one Supreme Being/Creator/Author of Life/God, etc.

    :)

    How many GODs are there????

--I am under the impression only one! How many names is God known by?-- Brahman ?--Yahweh?--Source ?--Aren`t they simply manifestation of the same? That one "Supreme Being"-- the "Alpha and Omega"? How can one descibe"ALL"? Man cannot even imagine.

    blessings and love,

    Suzanne

  11. God always works in miraculous ways Br. Devon. Something tells me it won`t be as long as those rocks will need to be disolved by the rain drops. Though I am a bit stumped at your church, because so much is being done in different areas --church as well as the world regarding the hearing impaired as well as other handicaps. Not that much of these things are holding back people as much as they used to. Look at all the wonderful work you are doing!

Keep on singing for the Lord Br Devon. Your poetry is beautiful--thank you for sharing.

    Blessings and peace,

    Suzanne

  12. it may not be and there might be various yous running around simulateously in some models of it

To me this is the most probable explanation of most of these things. Parallel universes are becoming a more and more accepted version of reality even by the theoretical physicists. --Actually what made me originally eons ago :derisive: interested about re-incarnation--even Seth, was a little book, "The education of over-soul Seven" by Jane Roberts, that went into this.

    blessings and peace,

    Suzanne

  13. ..."Neither can they [beliefs] be changed...." I will disagree here.

I agree absolutely with you----but `not by holding a gun to a head`, by force but by coming to realization from within.

An inability to alter our belief system constitutes a closed mind.

    Yes :derisive:

To complicate things further, I now believe that present day religions worship beings, "gods," from other planets. I also believe in the survival of the spirit, and have just recently come to a belief in reincarnation. Also, I once believed in apocalyptic prophecies. I now believe these prophecies are a control mechanism of these religions.

Yes I believe this also!--but this is what I call evolving, or becoming more enlightened. By beliefs as such is simply having a little more complex interpretation on some simple facts that man has believed over the ages. But the underlying basic facts seem to be the same . Be that a God in heaven or gods from an other galaxy--though in most organized religion these new ideas are mostly considered heretical. As a theist--for me all things are possible with God--thus for me it never shakes my faith if physics/science comes up with the strangest of discoveries.

  14. As I was reading all the posts regarding Scott`s question about gay marriage being "allowed" a few things occurred to me. The word "allow" already puts it in a different light--it should not even enter the picture--in the personal way. The law of the land is different--that is for the politicians and the majority to sort out.

What does "do only that which is right" mean. Is it for ones-self or the planet?-- for one may not be in line with the other--yet one may still be morally and ethically doing what is right for their heart. As Br Devon so succinctly put it--

As long as humankind exists there will be those who will support an action, those who will tolerate an action and those who will oppose an action. And as long as humankind exists, there will be matters for which all three groups will be "right." Just because something is agreeable to one or disagreeable to one does not make it right or wrong for all.

So--then is it not "tolerance/acceptance" that is the most important ingredients of living in harmony. By acceptance, I don`t mean amalgamation. One can be accepting and yet be separate/ with own ideas, beliefs--No? Are we doing that in this forum? In know there are very few who can with an open heart say that--including myself at times. We say we are tolerant/accepting--but are we?

Beliefs as love cannot be forced by holding a gun to the head, neither can they be changed, but often there are many answers to one question--and many right ways. As long as there is no pain inflicted, one can follow their own path--that is absolutely the right way.

blessings, more love, compassion and tolerance,

    Suzanne

  15. I actually like this explanation--it is from

    http://www.jeshua.net/

    Jeshua, Jesus and Christ-

The Christ energy that I came to offer you stems from a collective energy that has gone beyond the world of duality. This means that it recognizes the opposites of good and bad, light and dark, giving and taking, as the aspects of one and the same energy. Living from the reality of Christ consciousness means that there is no struggle with anything. There is a complete acceptance of reality. This absence of struggle or resistance is its main characteristic. Since Christ (or the Christ energy) recognizes the extremes of all thoughts, feelings and actions as the manifestation of the one divine energy, there can be no duality, no judgment in the way ‘he’ (the christed energy) experiences reality.

Let’s give an example here. When the Christ in you watches an armed conflict between people, her heart weeps for the fate of the beaten one, but she does not judge. She feels the pain and humiliation with each blow, and her heart is filled with compassion, but she does not judge. She watches the offender, the one with the gun, who has power, who inflicts pain, and she feels……..the hatred and bitterness inside of him, and her heart grieves, but she does not judge. The heart of Christ embraces the whole spectacle with deeply felt compassion, but without judgment, for she recognizes all aspects as experiences she has gone through herself. She herself has lived out all of these roles, of offender and victim, of master and slave, and she has come to the understanding that she is neither of them, but that which underlies both.

The Christ energy has passed through all the energies of duality. It identified itself now with the dark, then with the light, but through it all, something remained the same. And when she realized this “sameness” underlying all her experiences, her consciousness obtained a new kind of unity: it was “christed”. The christed energy was the energy I came to offer you.

Who I was is quite difficult to explain. I will try so by distinguishing between three ‘identities’: Jeshua, Jesus, and Christ. I, the one who is now speaking, am Jeshua. I was the human being who carried the Christ energy in my incarnation on Earth. This energy may also be called Christ.

Jesus - in my terminology - is the name for the Godlike man who was the result of the infusion of Christ energy into the physical and psychological reality of Jeshua.

This Christ energy was poured into Jeshua from spheres of Light which are - from your standpoint - located in your future. Jesus was the man who performed miracles and put forward prophesies. Jesus was an emissary from the spheres of light, incarnated in me. In fact, he was my future self. Jesus was, from my perspective as the man Jeshua living on earth, my future self, who had become one with the Christ energy. Because the Christ in him was clearly present and visible to many people around him, he appeared to them as divine.

I, Jeshua, was a man of flesh and blood. The unique and to some extent artificial aspect of the “Jesus-construction” was that I received his/my Christed self from the future. I did not become christed on the basis of my past and the experiences therein. I did not achieve enlightenment in a natural way, but by means of an intervention from outside so to speak, by an infusion of Christ energy from the future. I had agreed to play this role before I began this lifetime. I agreed to be ‘overshadowed’ by the Jesus presence, as an act of service, and also because of a deeply felt longing to get to know the reality of my deepest potentials.

Jesus, my future self from the spheres of light, had become one with the Christ energy. Yet he did not represent the entire energy of Christ here on earth, for this energy encompasses more than Jesus. He is one part or cell of it.

Christ or the Christ energy (it is more like an energy field than a personal entity) is a collective energy which has many aspects or “cells”, which are cooperating in such a way that they function as one “organism”. All cells make a unique contribution to the whole and experience themselves as individuals while being part of the whole as well. One might call these several aspects of the Christ energy angels or arch-angels. It is the hallmark of angels that they have a sense of individuality as well as a high-degree of selflessness, which allows them to feel one with collective energies and be joyfully in their service.
