Jeans are for all occasions. If I can't wear jeans to a function I don't go. I wear jeans or nothing at all.

Ego's trick is to make us lose sight of our interdependence. That kind of ego-thought gives us a perfect justification to look out only for ourselves. But that is far from the truth. In reality we all depend on each other and we have to help each other. I don't recall ever reading anything in Taoist/Buddhist/Zen writings about the origins of ego or desire. I think the Buddha ignored the question each time it was brought up.

Yes an astute observation.
As I look in a mirror and follow the circular collection of my lint it is collected in a clockwise motion. I wonder if it collects the same direction in the southern hemishpere?
