MAC USERS WHO USE INTERNET EXPLORER

As you may have heard, Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer for Macs. There will be no future versions. What you also may not know is browsers have built in obsolescence... they corrupt and break down after a period of time.

Recently the latest versions of IE for Mac have shown some interesting bug developments which are likely part of this planned obsolescence. Pages won't refresh correctly or call to the server properly for updated pages, cache problems, clinging cached pages, script malfunctions, pages that won't fully load, are just a few of the symptoms of a degrading, decaying Internet Explorer.

We are fully recommending all Mac users to switch to Netscape or one of the alternative browsers below ASAP. You may not even know what you've been missing!!!

Access alternative browsers for MACINTOSH---> http://darrel.knutson.com/mac/www/browsers.html

I use Firefox, very happy with it, :thumbu: IE on a MAC is a bad combination anyway.

Good question. I almost use Safari exclusively with the exception of a couple sites (supplier-related) that aren't supported by Safari. Then I use Firefox or in one instance, Netscape - as per reccomendation of the supplier I must access that way (Grrr!).

With some many people 'switching' to Mac you'd think MS would wise up and make a better version of IE for Mac in order to keep us Mac-types 'on side.'
